Appointments & Booking • For your convenience, we offer online booking through our "Book Now" button or you can call us directly at (480) 419-6601 to schedule an appointment. • We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to accommodate the next client. • Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments are prioritized to avoid wait times. Cancellations & No-Shows • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for a 24-hour notice to allow us to offer your spot to another client. • No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee. Nail Guarantee • We stand by the quality of our services and strive for perfection in every visit. If you experience any issues with your nails within 7 days of your service, please contact us, and we will fix them at no additional cost. • Please note that repairs after the 7-day period may be subject to a fee, depending on the service required. Hygiene & Sanitation • We maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation. All tools are sterilized, and disposable items are used for each client to ensure a safe and hygienic environment. • If you have any allergies or health conditions, please inform your technician before the service begins. Children • Children are welcome at our salon; however, for their safety and to maintain a relaxing environment, we kindly ask that children under 12 be supervised by an adult at all times. Payments & Gratuities • We accept cash, credit, and debit cards for payment. • Gratuities are appreciated but not required. If you wish to leave a tip, you may do so directly to your technician or include it in your card payment. Gift Certificates • Gift certificates are available for purchase and are valid for one year from the purchase date. Please treat your certificate like cash; lost or stolen certificates cannot be replaced.
